Where will my car be parked?

Your car will be at a private lot

What if there is an emergency and I need to get to my car ASAP?

You or the restaurant will contact your valet and have your car retrieved immediately.

What if there is damage done to my car?

Check Valet is fully insured. Because we have taken the precautions of using a private lot we can assure you your car is safe. However, in the unlikely scenario that there is damage, Check Valet is not responsible for any damages.

What if something is stolen from my car?

Generally, vehicle vandalization or theft after the car has been properly parked and locked, it is not covered by insurance (and will not be the responsibility of the valet).

Is there a membership fee?

Monthly memberships will be available on the app

Is there a contract?

There will be a yearly membership offer on the app.

Are we obligated to continue to use you?

Not at all, but are confident you will.

What happens if customer is intoxicated when they request their car back?

Just like any other valet service, Check Valet is not responsible for a intoxicated clients driving their car. (Any establishment that provides alcohol service licensed by the SLA is responsible for the alcohol they serve and should follow normal Dram Shop laws. If a hostess/ manager/ restaurant employee is concerned about a customers safety, they should follow their establishments protocols to ensure guest safety, just like any other guest).
