The Experience

To use Check Valet, call or text 631.972.0797 and you will receive a link to the Check Valet website. From there, you can create an account and provide information about yourself and your vehicle.

When you arrive your valet will take payment by the Square app’s tap-to-pay system by using your choice of debit card, credit card, or any tap-to-pay system like apple pay at the restaurant, you will then be asked about any damage to your car, and take a quick video of the exterior. Your car will be driven to a designated, private lot, and you will receive a text receipt with the location. There will be designated waiting areas prior to your reservation.

After your meal, you can contact your valet to retrieve your car. Before leaving, present your receipt and check your car for any new damage. In order to have a successful valet, we encourage our clients to team up with our valets as they walk around and inspect your car with a flashlight prior to your departure, to ensure customer satisfaction. Once you sign a receipt confirming that there is no new damage, you can be on your way!
